General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)
1 - OPENING HOURS, DURATION, PRICES
Check the regularly updated opening times on Google to book your session. Etugen Bien-Être is a non-seasonal business, operating all year round.
The duration shown is expressed in massage time. All sessions include a 15-minute pick-up. Current rates are those displayed on the website.
2 - BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Booking a session online: Online booking requires immediate payment by credit card. You choose the type of session and the date and time that suit you from the available options. After confirmation, you will receive a booking confirmation email including a summary of your order with the date and time of your session, as well as a link to cancel or modify your appointment. Before your session, you'll receive several SMS reminders to let you know when your appointment is approaching, and directions to the room will also be provided: it's really important to enter your phone number correctly when booking.

Booking a session by phone: Reservations can be made by phone or SMS. Once you have chosen the type of massage, date and time from the available options, I will confirm your reservation by email and SMS. The reservation email will include a summary of your order with the date and time of your session, as well as a link to cancel or modify your appointment. Before your session, you'll receive several SMS reminders to let you know when your appointment is approaching, and directions to the room will also be provided. You will pay for your massage at the beginning or end of the session by credit card or cash.

Purchasing a gift card: Gift cards are digital files sent by e-mail within 48 hours of your purchase. They come with instructions on how to book the massage and details of the type of massage offered. They can be personalized, but are not nominative, and can be transferred to a loved one if the original recipient does not wish to use them.
The massage offered can be exchanged for another of equivalent value, or for a massage of greater value by paying the difference.
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this period, they will no longer be accepted and your purchase will be lost.
​Residents of the Briançon area can make an appointment to collect a printed gift card, delivered in an envelope with instructions. Unfortunately, due to uncertainties regarding La Poste's delivery times, the postal service is no longer available for the rest of France.
3 - DELAYS & CANCELLATIONS
In the event that you need to modify, cancel or postpone your treatment, please call at least 1 hour before your appointment or use the appointment rescheduling link in your confirmation email.
Please note that cancellations after the 14-day cooling-off period, or no-shows, will result in your session or Gift Card being charged at 100% of the value of the session.
Up to 10 minutes late can be made up if my schedule permits. However, a delay of more than 10 minutes will result in a reduction in the duration of your session, which must be paid for in full at the normal rate. Please understand that your lateness, for whatever reason, deprives another person of their massage and takes up my time waiting for you.
4 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days for purchases made remotely, in accordance with current legislation for Internet sales. To cancel your order, please inform me by telephone or e-mail (etugenbienetre@gmail.com) within this period or use the link to cancel and reschedule your appointment to do so independently.
Your refund will be made via the same method of payment used for the initial purchase, within the next few days and within 14 working days.
5 - MY COMMITMENTS
Hygiene: To guarantee a clean and safe environment, I apply the following hygiene measures in the massage parlour: after each session, all towels are systematically replaced, the floor is washed, the room is ventilated, and the sanitary facilities are disinfected.

Health: I listen to you and your body. I will adjust the massage according to your indications and preferences, while taking into account the tensions I feel under my hands. I'll take care to avoid certain gestures on sensitive areas, or even not massage an area at all if it's damaged or in the process of recovering.
The massages I offer are non-medical in nature and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical care. If I feel that a massage could be harmful to your health, I may decide not to massage a specific area of the body or to refuse the session.
For safety reasons, no massage will be given if you are intoxicated, under the influence of alcohol or in an altered state.

Mutual respect & decency: I welcome you in a caring, non-judgmental environment. Anything you express during the session, whether emotional or mental (personal problems, etc.), will remain confidential, provided it does not contravene any applicable laws (acts of violence, etc.).
6 - YOUR COMMITMENTS
Hygiene: Please arrive with clean, dry skin, especially on your feet. This ensures a pleasant massage experience for you and for me. I reserve the right to refuse a massage if this rule is not respected, as I will not practice on a body showing signs of perspiration or soiling.

Mutual respect & decency: You may be completely naked during the massage. Out of respect for your privacy and in accordance with my conditions of practice, you will always be covered by a towel when on your back. However, any behavior of a sexual nature is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated. In the event of violation, the session will be immediately interrupted and must be paid for in full, regardless of progress. It is essential that you behave with the same respect and kindness that I am committed to offering you.

Informed consent: Before your massage session, I'll ask you a series of questions to assess your compatibility with the massage. During this exchange, you'll have the opportunity to share any concerns you may have. By answering this questionnaire, you are giving your informed consent to receive a massage.
If you make an appointment for a minor (under 18), you agree to accompany them for the duration of the session.
Health: When you arrive for your appointment, you must ensure that you are in good health and able to receive a massage. Please consult your doctor before booking if you are taking any medication incompatible with massage, or are undergoing any specific treatment.
7 - MODIFICATION OF GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately. I encourage you to check this page regularly for any updates.
