A MASSAGE THAT COMBINES SOFTNESS AND DEPTH

My gentle, deep-tissue massage style combines relaxation with physical benefits.

To achieve its full benefits, a massage must be more than just an effleurage. My method is characterized by a combination of gentle, deep movements that release deep-seated tension and bring real muscular relief. Wide, continuous strokes, synchronized or not with music, take you on a sensory journey enhanced by the cocooning ambience of the venue. This approach ensures complete relaxation, freeing the body from blockages and accumulated tension.

PERSONALIZING YOUR MASSAGE

Combining the gentleness of Californian massage with a variety of deeper, energetic or energetic techniques, I personalize your massage.

I use lomi-lomi, Thai, Swedish or abhyanga, to bring both softness and depth to the massage, targeting specific muscle groups according to the tension felt under my fingers.

My massage approach is based on attentive listening to your needs and a careful study of your posture, as well as the tensions in your body.

Before each session, I take the time to understand your current state of fitness and to discuss any pathologies or traumas you may be suffering from. This understanding enables me to adapt my techniques so as not to compromise your recovery. Depending on your specific needs, I adjust the intensity and movements of the massage to offer a tailor-made experience that respects your body and promotes deep relaxation and lasting relief.

PERSONALIZATION FOR ATHLETES

The tension you feel may be linked to contractions elsewhere in your body, which is why I always massage the whole body.

I always massage the whole body, even in a 30-minute session, paying particular attention to strategic areas related to your sport. I use specific techniques such as Swedish massage to release deep-seated tension and traditional Thai massage to stretch and restore suppleness to your body.

By combining relaxation with sports massage, I offer you the opportunity to put your mind at rest so that you can approach your next sessions positively and serenely.

As the quality of a session or your performance is intrinsically linked to your state of mind, it's vital for me to enable you to rest your mind during the massage, which will, among other things, promote better concentration.

I combine my knowledge of your sports with my massage expertise to offer you a massage that is truly tailored to your needs.

Let yourself be carried away by a unique experience of well-being, where each massage is an invitation to reconnect with yourself.

The benefits of massage

Relaxation massage works on your psychology and physiology to bring you overall well-being. It can also be a powerful tool for emotional release.

Wellness massage: a return to human contact for overall well-being

Massage has many virtues. Where in our Western societies, the fundamental need for contact has been replaced by technology, wellness massage enables us to reconnect with our bodies and better listen to our physical and emotional needs.

Massage improves your physical and mental well-being

Physiologically and psychologically, wellness massage has many virtues. It stimulates the production of happy hormones, providing a sense of general well-being, and promotes relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety. A highly active mind is soothed by a relaxing massage session.

By relaxing muscles, massage relieves tension and body aches, enabling better posture and greater mobility.

By stimulating blood circulation and the lymphatic system*, it improves tissue oxygenation, venous return and blood flow to the heart, and helps eliminate toxins. Massage also strengthens the immune system, improves muscle and joint flexibility, and enhances sleep quality.

*The lymphatic system drains excess fluid from tissues, transports lipids and fat-soluble vitamins from the intestine into the bloodstream, filters and eliminates waste products and toxins, and plays an essential role in immune defense by harboring and transporting white blood cells to fight infection.

Wellness massage is a tool for emotional release and healing

By releasing body tensions linked to repressed emotions, massage facilitates their release, often leading to deep relief and emotional awareness. In a safe, caring space, you can reconnect with your feelings and release what's weighing you down, rediscovering inner serenity and harmony between body and mind.

Massage is an invitation to self-reconnection and inner transformation

You'll have the opportunity to reconnect deeply with your body and your sensations. This privileged moment of well-being massage is an invitation to become aware of your inner self. By allowing you to refocus on yourself, this intimate experience can pave the way for deep reflection and inspire positive changes in your life, promoting a harmonious alignment between your body and mind.

Sports massage improves preparation, recovery and performance

Preparation

Sports massage effectively prepares your body for intense training or competition. It stimulates blood circulation, helping to warm up muscles and make them more supple and responsive. This preparation reduces the risk of injury and optimizes your performance right from the start.

Recovery

After physical exertion, sports massage plays a crucial role in recovery. It helps eliminate toxins accumulated in the muscles, reduces muscle pain and cramps, and releases endorphins, the body's natural painkillers. This speeds up fitness and reduces recovery time, enabling you to get back to your optimum level more quickly.

Performance

Sports massage also contributes to long-term performance enhancement. By working on specific tensions and muscular imbalances, it helps maintain a balanced, functional body. What's more, the mental well-being provided by massage promotes better concentration and a positive state of mind, essential for excelling in any sporting activity.

Recommendations for integrating massage sessions into your training program

For sports preparation

The day before: I recommend a relatively gentle 1-hour massage session to get you ready and in shape for the next day.

D day: I encourage you to opt for a 30-minute session on the day itself, with a dynamic massage to warm up the muscles before your practice.

For sports recovery

Between two closely-spaced sessions : I recommend a 30-minute session to gently target the muscles. Working too hard on very tense and sore muscles can cause pain during the massage, making it difficult to bear over a long period of time, and can cause additional pain if your muscles haven't had enough time to rest before the big day.

At the end of a sports cycle (end of season, end of intense training, etc.): I encourage you to do several long sessions of 1h or 1h30, including deep techniques and stretching, to work all the muscle chains in a targeted way. When working in depth, it's difficult to cover the whole body in a single session. This is why several sessions are generally necessary to achieve optimum results.
